Production Process

1. Measurement Confirmation

· We'll confirm your measurements based on the details you provide
· A video guide and measurement chart will be sent to assist you

2. Fabric Selection/double check

· Fabric options will be shared with you via video for confirmation
· You can choose based on your preference

3. Production 

· Production begins once measurements and fabric are confirmed
· Regular progress updates will be shared throughout the process

4. Free Standard Shipping (20 days)

· Standard Shipping is included in the price
· Tracking information will be provided once dispatched

5. Pre-shipment Video Confirmation

· A video of the finished dress will be sent to you for final approval before shipping
· Any adjustments needed at this stage will be addressed

6. Size Adjustment Policy

· If your weight changes significantly before shipping, please inform us
· We'll take new measurements and assess if modifications are needed
· The dress features a lace-up back with 5–10 cm of adjustability, so slight changes are easily accommodated
